Our professional Event Managers can act in place of a certified "Day-Of" Wedding Coordinator. The role of an Enhanced Event Manager is to ensure that your vendors are all aligned with the activities and formalities that you have prescribed for your wedding day. They make sure that everyone knows what's going on, where to be, when to be there, and whats coming up next. They handle the stress so that you don't have to. Our Certified Wedding Planners (CWP) are also affectionately known as Wedding Coordinators and can provide you with various levels of coordination and planning service from simple "Day-Of" to the more complex Full-Service duties. Our "Day-Of" Coordinators will guide you through the wedding day with seamless attention to detail and all of the personalized attention that every bride deserves. It's your day. Let our staff help you make it a success without you having to lift a finger. Our Wedding Coordinator packages include multiple, professional staff members and may also be combined with our Decor packages.

Our Certified Wedding Planners and their staff are responsible for the following:

- 3-Hour Consultation with Coordinator (Inquire about our Site Visits and Rehearsals)

- Provide Ceremony & Reception Decor Setup (Includes all items delivered in advance)

- Meet & Greet all VIP Guests and provide assistance as needed

- Line up the Bridal Party for the Ceremony

- Open Doors / Give Cues for smooth Processional

- Gather Gifts / Cards for the Gift Table
